Peace is not something you wish for; It's something you make, Something you do, Something you are, And something you give away. - Robert Fulghum

THE HeartLooK POSITIONS
THE ESSENCE OF OUR BEING IS LOVE
Love is the ultimate and highest goal to which we can aspire.
Loving is looking beyond appearances, beyond the personality.
Love is reflected back to us and triggers the awareness of love within ourselves.
Meditation and contemplation strengthen the awareness of our essence of love.
The awareness of our love essence is increased as we extend that love to others.
To seek love is to see the value and learning opportunity in every circumstance.
Joy, happiness, forgiveness, compassion, acceptance and gratitude are all love's essences.
LOVE is LETTING GO OF FEAR
There are only two emotions, love and fear.
The first step in letting go of fear is acknowledging that fear exists in one's mind and observing it.
Fear with its many forms of expression - anger, guilt, jealousy, conflict, doubt, insecurity, confusing - is the obstacle to heath, inner peace and love.
Negative emotions and attitudes block the awareness of the presence of love within ourselves and others.
We can choose and direct ourselves to be peaceful inside regardless of what is happening outside.
We can learn to love ourselves and others by forgiving rather than Judging and to become Love-Finders rather than Faults-Finders.
The basis of all fear is the belief that one is separated from others and from the Universe.
CHANGING OURSELVES = CHANGING THE WORLD
We all have the power to change the world; one person at a time: Ourselves.
Giving and receiving are the same.
Focusing on the whole of life means seeing beyond appearances. It is seeing Oneness United in diversity.
The ability to see life as a whole is strengthened through meditation and spiritual disciplines.
Our safety in this word cannot be found outside of us in the external world; to be safe in this world, we must find safety within our minds. We are safe within our minds when we have inner peace.
Inner peace comes from knowing we have the power to choose our attitude in any circumstance. We bring peace to any situation when we bring a peaceful mind.
We will achieve world peace through Individual Inner Peace
